Leave Gare Montparnasse in the morning en route to the charming Breton village of Dol De Bretagne via direct TGV train from Paris.
Your guide will pick you up and escort you to an authentic 18th century Breton manor which has been fully restored. Brittany is famous for oysters, crepes, butter, and, of course, the world's only salt marsh-fed lamb. Your 90 minute class with Muriel, the chef and owner of the property, will incorporate local fresh ingredients into a main course plus dessert. Her husband Marc will serve two wines from his personal cellar, accrued over his ten years working for the vintner Baron de Rothschild. Lunch (1 main course and dessert) is then served!

Afterwards, you will visit the famed monastery on the rock, Mont St. Michel, a little over an hour’s drive away. You will have free time to explore the Abbey and village, with a return to Paris via the 8:05 pm train from the city of Rennes.
There is an option to stay over on the Mont, and catch the morning shuttle to Rennes for a later return to Paris. Please contact us for details.
