Pastry with Pino - gourmet delights in a casual atmosphere
The maximum number of students per class is 6. All classes are taught in English and/or French.
You will prepare, from scratch, 6 Parisian pastries or desserts, using seasonal ingredients and fresh products only.
Pino will guide you through the recipes and will show you some of the great tips he learned along his 10 years of experience as Pastry chef in France, Italy and USA.
You might prepare some desserts like creme brulee, Molten chocolate cake or Soufflé au Grand marnier, but also some madeleine or poached pears with red wine and spices...
After the class you can eat it all or you can choose to take it home with you (except for the creme brulee) to share with the people you love.
Paris Baking Class
The maximum number of students per class is 6. All classes are taught in English and/or French.
You will prepare from scratch three breakfast pastries such as croissant, pain au chocolat, and brioche...
Also during the class you will learn how to make a great pizza dough, and real pie crust (pate sable, and a chocolate and hazelnut variation).
We will be using seasonal ingredients and fresh products only.
Your chef will guide you through the recipes and will show you some of the great tips they have learned throughout their years of experience.
All the preparations can be eaten in-house accompanied with hot chocolate, tea or coffee, but you can also choose to take them "to go".
Typically, the class lasts around 3 hours
Please note that you are going to go through all the steps of the preparation personally, but for obvious time constraints some of the dough will be already done for you (some of the dough needs to rest overnight).

Take both classes and save 10%.
Private Cooking Lesson - $750 up to 3 people; $150 per each additional person. Please contact us to book a private cooking lesson.
Our menus are based on seasonal availability. For this reason we do not give a fixed Menus of what we will produce. The fun is all in the "mystery" of what we can find. Classes held from Monday - Saturday . Contact us if you have special requests outside of these dates.
