About Our Paris Cooking Classes and Paris Cooking School

Our partner cooking school is not just a French culinary school. It is a place to relax and meet fellow travelers. A great way to begin or end a day in Paris!

The maximum number of students per class is 6. All classes are taught in English and/or French.

The school is set up like a cozy art studio in the heart of Montmarte. Listen to some great French music and enjoy a glass of wine or fresh coffee before class begins.

Paris Cooking Class

Generally, the class will cook together, with each student having his or her own dish to prepare, so you will eat what YOU have personally prepared.

The cooking portion of the class lasts between 2-3 hours.

At the end of the session, when all of the delicious food is prepared, the group enjoys a meal together with a good bottle of French wine.

All food prepared is traditional French cuisine prepared in the rational French manner with a modern touch added for good measure.

Paris Morning Market and Cooking Class

Our market classes consist of a visit to a local Paris market to discover the seasonal ingredients and fresh produce. Learning how to select fresh products is the first step to good cooking and good eating. Meet local merchants and ask questions. Learn to shop in French markets like a pro.

Back at the school we will have a brief discussion about the day's menu and the ingredients, you will be provided with an apron and have a quick reminder on how to handle a knife safely.

Class duration - 5 hours

Paris Evening Cooking Class

Class starts at 6pm. We will cook for 2h30 hours essentially following the same format as the morning class. At the end of the cooking portion, we will sit down to eat what we have prepared. Just before the dessert we will have a little cheese and wine tasting. This is the typical way to finish a meal in France, especially dinner.

Macaroon Making Class: Tuesday 9 p.m.

Cheese and Wine Tasting: Tuesday 5 p.m.

Morning Cooking Class: Wednesday - Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

Evening Cooking Class: Wednesday and Friday at 5 p.m.
