The landing beach tour lasts approximately four to five hours. Transportation provided in an air-conditioned mini-van (up to 8 persons max per van).

Practical Information

Departure time for the guided tour of the D-Day Landing beaches :

From 02/01/08 to 03/31/08 : departure at 1 pm

From 04/01/08 to 09/30/08 : departure at 2 pm

From 10/01/08 to 03/31/09 : departure at 1 pm

If not booking rail through LinkParis.com please note that clients must be on the morning train scheduled to arrive in Caen at about 9:00 am (departure from the Paris Saint-Lazare train station at about 7:10 am).

The exact train schedule and the pick up will always be confirmed by our reservation department when booking. Special time schedules apply on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Return to the Caen railway station is scheduled at about 7:00 pm in high season and between 6:00 and 6:30 pm in low season. You will arrive back in Paris around 9:00 pm.
