Standard Normandy Tour Cancellation Policy

Tour Cancellations

Our Normandy Tours have a maximum capacity of 8 people per vehicle. We add vehicles based on demand therefore cancellation fees are mandatory and are passed on from our partners in France, Memorial de Caen.

Once booked and confirmed tours are subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • More than 20 Days before departure 17 euro per person
  • From 20 to 10 days before departure: 22.5% of total amount of trip
  • From 10 to 5 days before departure: 52.5% of total amount of trip
  • From 5 to 2 days before departure: 77.5% of total amount of trip
  • Less than 2 days before departure and no shows: 100% non-refundable

The Memorial de Caen occasionally allows rebookings for missed trips as long as LinkParis.com is notified in advance and the Memorial de Caen agrees to such a rebooking. Please note that the Memorial is under no obligation to rebook missed tours and does so in their sole discretion only. If you lose your voucher contact us immediately via email at or call us directly at 818-707-1375.

Rail Ticket Cancellations

When LinkParis.com books your rail, your rail tickets are subject to the following policies:

Refundable tickets are 100% refundable up to 3 days before a scheduled trip. From 2 days before to 60 days after a scheduled trip refundable tickets are 50% refundable. To be eligible for a refund rail tickets must arrive at our corporate office prior to the above deadlines. Please contact us for mailing address.

Lost tickets cannot be refunded.

On occasion, we will offer clients Non-Refundable Rail Tickets at a lower cost. If a client chooses these rail tickets they are completely non-refundable under all circumstances. We will never book non-refundable tickets without client authorization.

Please call us as soon as you know you need to change plans and we will assist you best we can.
