About the Normandy Barriere Hotel

The “lady of the French Coast,” Deauville offers a scenic boardwalk, a popular American Film Festival and a love of all things equine – from horse racing to polo. Originally built in 1912 as the Hotel Normandy, the Normandy Barrierre was built in the style of an Anglo-Norman manor, complete with turrets and half-timbering. For those who enjoy gambling, the Casino Barriere de Deauville is attached to the hotel via a covered walkway.
