Upon arriving in Caen, you will meet your guide in the rail station. Then, start the day with a guided tour of the Caen War Memorial. Afterwards, enjoy a nice lunch in the Memorial cafeteria. Then it is off to the Canadian sector of the D-Day landing beaches for a guided tour.
The landing beach portion of your tour includes a visit to the following important Normandy sites:
Bernieres-sur-Mer
Juno Beach Centre in Courseulles
Canadian Cemetery in Beny-sur-Mer
A guided visit of Abbaye d'Ardenne
The Canadian D-Day landing beach portion of the day lasts approximately four to five hours. Transortation is provided in an air-conditioned minivan (up to 8 persons max per van.)

Practical Information
If not booking rail through LinkParis.com, please note that you must be on the morning train scheduled to arrive in Caen at about 9:00 am (departure from the Paris Saint-Lazare train station at about 7:10 am).
The exact train schedule and the pick up time at the Caen rail station will always be confirmed by our reservation department when booking. Special time schedules apply on Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
Return to the Caen railway station is scheduled at about 7:00 pm in high season (April - September) and between 6:00 and 6:30 pm in low season. You will arrive back in Paris around 9:00 pm in low season and 10:00 pm in high season.
