Brittany Tour Booking Terms

Standard Brittany & Mont St. Michel Tour Cancellation Policy:

No fees more than 10 days before departure
75% from 9 days to 4 days before departure
100% from 2 days before departure

Rail Cancellation Policy:

Once ticketed, rail is 100% refundable up to 18 days before the train departure date. 50% refundable from 17 days up to 10 days before the train departure date. Thereafter, no refund allowed. In order to qualify for rail refunds, tickets must be received by us before the timelines above expire. All tickets must be sent back to our office via a trackable delivery method.

The customer shall not be allowed to claim for any indemnity if cancellation is imposed by an act of god or for any reason relating to the traveler’s safety. Some modifications to original itineraries may be possible, but are left to the discretion LinkParis.com if agent or supplier refuse or are otherwise unable to facilitate a request for itinerary change the above cancellation policy is in effect. Any changes, if accepted by agent and tour provider, are subject to a 12 € per person, per tour fee. The agent and tour provider shall not be held liable for any loss damage or theft of personal belongings or luggage, and customers’ repatriation in case of serious illness, death or accident. Travelers may subscribe to personal additional insurances to their usual insurance company.

Civil or religious celebrations, strikes and demonstrations in visited countries are likely to cause modifications in the tours or visits for which the organizer should not be held liable Non compliance with this minimum required time could affect the processing of the claim file .
